PROPOSED CLIENT SETUP

One useful step at a time.

This previews the intended journey. It does not connect an account or save a setup request yet.

  1. See the whole business

Explore this sample first. Choose the outcomes that matter: fuller calendars, clearer finances, better marketing or product sales.

  2. Choose the tools you use

Identify bookings, rostering, accounting, advertising, analytics, online store and in-clinic till. Start with useful connections; add the rest later.

  3. Sign in with each provider

The proposed flow takes you to the provider to sign in and approve access. You keep control of passwords and verification. An authorised agency or bookkeeper can help.

  4. Confirm accounts and locations

Choose the correct business accounts. For Shop, identify the website, physical till, existing stock sync and the system that owns stock quantities.

  5. Check what really works

Verify the allowed capabilities with current source data. A successful login alone does not establish working bookings, finances or ad management.

  6. Review your first shared outcome

Check a booking opportunity or a product-sales summary, then approve any proposed external action. Keep a clear list of what is connected and what remains.

Already have tools? Connect them. Starting from scratch? Prepare the accounts, tracking, store and campaigns together, with the business owner confirming ownership, billing and launch decisions.
