We price above self-service AI tools because the offer includes business discovery, client-specific knowledge design, integration and workflow setup, human quality assurance, governance, independent verification, and a dedicated consulting relationship. This is not a chatbot subscription.
All figures below are a research-stage draft, subject to commercial validation and final approval. Nothing here is a live, contract-ready price until that process is complete.

Setup fee explanation
Each package includes a one-time setup fee covering discovery, configuration, and initial quality assurance. Setup fees may not be waived without documented payback logic.
Included usage and human QA
Usage is measured by voice minutes, actions, workflows, integrations, reports, or human review hours - never "unlimited." Every package includes a defined human QA cadence.

Voice and action overages
Voice minutes and workflow actions beyond the included allowance are billed as defined overage bundles, not unpredictable metered charges.
Integration pricing
Standard integrations use a flat one-time fee. Custom integrations or workflows are scoped individually, covering API work, testing, security review and documentation.
What is excluded
No package includes "unlimited consulting," "unlimited agents," or "unlimited custom work." Third-party media spend, premium software licences, SMS/telephony, and extraordinary model usage may be billed separately where applicable.

Diagnostic credit
The AI Business Diagnostic fee is credited toward setup if you begin a monthly plan within 30 days.
Contract and legal-review note
A pilot agreement and Australian commercial lawyer review are required before any first paying client - this is a fixed, non-negotiable gate, not a formality.
