Privacy Policy
Overview
Salvation Consulting ("Salvation", "we", "us") intends to collect and process personal and business information only as reasonably necessary to deliver the managed AI consulting services described on this site. This staging site does not currently collect real client data through any live form, portal, or automated system.
What we intend to collect
When services go live, we expect to collect: contact details you provide to us directly, business information you share during discovery and onboarding, usage data from any connected integrations you approve, and standard website analytics. We do not collect any of this today through this staging site.
How we intend to use it
To deliver, support, and improve the managed AI consulting engagement; to communicate with you about your engagement; and to meet legal and compliance obligations. We do not intend to sell personal information to third parties.
Third-party processors
Any AI model providers, CRM platforms, or communication providers used in a live engagement will be disclosed to clients before onboarding, along with their role and data-handling terms. No such providers are processing real client data through this staging site today.
Data retention
Retention periods will be defined per engagement and disclosed at onboarding. Formal retention schedules are planned and required before activation - not yet finalised.
Your rights
Once live, this policy will describe applicable rights to access, correct, or delete your information, consistent with Australian privacy law and any other jurisdictions relevant to your engagement. Details will be confirmed during commercial lawyer review.
Contact
This is a staging draft with no live contact channel for privacy requests yet. A real contact method will be published once this policy is finalised.
