Acceptance of terms
These draft terms describe the intended basis on which Salvation Consulting expects to offer managed AI business consulting services. They are not currently in effect for any paying client - a signed pilot or services agreement and Australian commercial lawyer review are required before any first paying client engagement.
Description of services
Salvation intends to provide a dedicated AI consultant, coordinated specialist agents, human quality assurance, and independent verification, scoped per package. Full-service details are described elsewhere on this site and remain subject to change before public launch.
Approvals and human control
High-risk actions (publishing, spend changes, mass communications, pricing changes, regulated copy) will always require explicit client pre-approval under these terms. No autonomous execution of high-risk actions is offered.
Payment terms
Package pricing, setup fees, and billing cadence will be confirmed in a signed agreement before any engagement begins. No pricing on this staging site is final or binding - see the pricing page for current draft status.
Limitation of liability
A full limitation-of-liability clause, indemnities, and dispute-resolution process will be drafted with commercial lawyer input before public launch. None is finalised in this draft.
Termination
Termination rights, notice periods, and data-handling on termination will be defined in the signed services agreement, not in this draft.
